Check the person doing the trade work.
Skilled Trades Ontario classifies Plumber (306A) as a compulsory trade. Its trade page explains the recognized credentials and public-register requirement. Ask for the individual’s qualification details and check the official register; a website logo or an unsupported “licensed” claim is not a substitute.
